Lord, I am surrounded

from all sides they attack

they accuse and belittle me

saying you are not present within

I know you are with me, Lord

your strength surrounds and protects me

like shining armor it glows

I cry to you, you hear me

when I sleep, you watch over me

I awake to your glory revealed

in multihued wonder

with you in my heart

of whom shall I fear

Deliver me, now, Lord

strike down my enemy

with your righteous ire

For to you I give my allegiance

unto you I sing my joy.

Thanks Matt! I don’t have AIM. This is the flavor I taste in Psalm 3 from the bible. It was a challenge from bible class.
